You know the old expression, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression”?  We firmly believe it’s true, especially when it’s the person who is going to shape and mold your child’s mind for the next nine months.  Sure it’s easy to dress comfortably – jeans, t-shirt, running shoes.  But it is also just as easy to dress professionally, knowing that you may just earn a little more respect from your students, peers, parents and administrators.  You would be surprised how many third grade students compliment my clothing, shoes and accessories…even the boys!

You may have to make a little more of an effort to find just the right things, but we feel that if you love the way you look, than you can’t help but be comfortable.

On the first day of school wouldn’t you love to see that your child’s teacher took the time and effort into her wardrobe?
